What is the difference between a WD Caviar and non-caviar drive?

I've been searching for the right hard drive recently and I've noticed that some WD drives are listed as Caviar (Caviar Blue, Caviar Black, etc.) and some are just listed as (WD Blue, WB Black, etc.). I'm wondering if there is any difference between a drive with the Caviar label and one without the label. Thanks.
