QuickFire TK (Brown MX)

Thinking about a quickfire TK brown as my early christmas gift to myself. Currently Newegg has them (out of stock, of course) for $79.99(USD). I've tried browns (the Best Buy near me has a Logitech g710+ on display, it also has browns) and i like them compared to blues. Only switch I haven't tried is Red. For that price on a backlit mechanical ten-keyless, worth it? Or are there other slightly more expensive (less then $100) options that deliver far more?

I paid $80 for my QF TK MX Blues, and I'd say mechanical keyboards are worth it.

Well I know mechanicals are worth it, I'm upgrading from my Razer Anansi to the QF. Been wanting a mechanical for a long time now.

Browns are great, they would be my second choice over blacks.

I love my TK with blues, I'd go for it.

Blues are too loud for me, my friend has those and i dont think I would be able to tolerate them. Browns offer the right resistance and noise for me, but I have not tried reds. No where I go has them on display.

Also, currently on Newegg there is a Logitech g710+ keyboard (refurb) for $99. I've heard of backlighting issues being a problem with this keyboard, is that still a thing or have they rectified this since the earlier runs?

I like my tk with browns. some makros would be nice but I would rarely if ever use them anyways.
