Problem with any browser on pc

Hi!

Sometimes when want to enter page Firefox says "SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT" and when i try to open this page on any other browser it says something similar for example torch " ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR". I'm using f-security antivirus. Can someone help plis.

Does it work if you disable your antivirus?

You'll need to have a look at the firewall settings in that software then. Personally, I would stop using f-security and use a combination of Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. If you're not happy with that, then go with Emsisoft.
