Rendering with Sony Vegas.

I NEVER ever had this issue but now I'm starting to have a huge issue, causing me not to be able to render videos for my YouTube channel. I don't even think anybody has had this issue, but I'm not even 100% sure.

Coincidence? They freeze at the same exact part, not sure why/how this is happening!

I've tried re-installing Windows 8.1 64-bit, tried re-installing Sony Vegas and no luck!
Please help me!

 

It does that at the same exact part and.....

The RENDERED file always comes out LAGGY even with the same 1920x1080 30fps project settings!

Please HELP me.

 

AND.... YES, The original file is 100% FINE and works WITH NO LAG at ANY PART.

It's only the rendered footage that acts weird/funny/not good.

How would I know what I'm using? (I'm rendering right now so I can't be able to tell right now)

Don't you have a panel to select the output settings? If my memory is correct, there should be a panel to input your render settings.

Yeah, but I'm rendering a video right now to see if its messed up after this render.
