RAID 0 USB 3.0 Disks

So I have two disks, a Western Digital MyBook 3TB http://a.co/7aJjWBg and a Seagate 1.5TB http://a.co/fMkWpxT connected via a http://a.co/cJPacBk, and I want to put them in a RAID 0 within Windows 10. What what I use, Storage Spaces, Disk Management, or what? I have tried this before on an openmediavault and I was successful. I have tried using Storage Spaces before and I failed. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
