VirtualBox does not always start (Windows 10)

Hello,

 

So VirtualBox does not always start when I try start it, I can see the processes in the task manager.

 

I'm using Windows 10 64 bit.

 

I have tried to downgrade, reinstall and complete clean reinstall.

Restarting the PC seems to have a 50/50 chance of fixing the issue.

 

What can I try to do now?
