OVERCLOCKING RYZEN HELP

ram 2133 15 15 15 15 36 2 4 gb sticks 

x370 gaming plus msi

750w psu

it is running 3.5 ghz  stock(XFR) .Now problem is few days back i was able to overclock it 1.225 3.65ghz it was passing cinebench now it fails on very minute overclock even if i crank up to 1.3v vcorelike 3.625.Psu is new.Some person told me to do stability test on stock i did 2 hrs prime 95 and 3 hrs octt .Still cant observe any problems.( I HAVE ALWAYS RESETS CMOS BEFORE OVERCLOCK).That guy told me to upload report of test here and ask for help
