Need help for final headphone decision

I'm debating between the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 (or 200, I don't know what I can support) or the Sennheiser HD 579.

For some background I'm a college student that would use them to listen to music and play Overwatch so having a closed back will be useful, especially in a dorm, but the Sennheiser is what my cousin is recommending and from what I can tell he has good reason to. I have a Steinberg UR12 but I'm not certain if that can support the 200 ohms DT 770, I just have no idea. As for pricing I can get the DT 770 here and the Sennheiser here. They're basically the same cost if I opt for the 200 ohm model if that helps.

Meh,  my brother had told me to get an sound amp for them,  I did -- but I think they sound great without it ( I srsly only turn the amp to about 25-50%).  I can't stress how happy I am with the Senns.  Even their cheap models are great!  The opened ear is extremely comfortable ( big guy, im 6')

Is there a reason? And if so could I power the 200 ohm one?

I just cant see any1 wearing 579s, also the dt770s have wide soundstage and good bass/sub.

First try it out with the interface, and if u cant power it get a cheap amp (but if ur budget allows if get a fulla 2)
