Really thank you about the tips and opinions, just so I dont sound like a ignorant prick ignoring some of your advices, let me clarify:

Why NZXT kraken X62? - I bought it at sale for $100

Why the 24'' monitor? - I have pretty small table and this 24" will be just enough, however i switched to said G-Sync model only with 24" instead of 27

Why said motherboard - Same reason as AIO, bought it with $70 discount.

Why not 1080Ti - It is too expensive where i live. Cheapest one is $1000+ and 1080 has stable price while being more affordable. Also i like to pair AORUS  with my Mobo

However, once again thank you for the advice about RAM and PSU as it helped me save some money.

Lastly, would a 3.9GHz overclock be stable with this board, cooler and fan setup, with the temps being acceptable?

Thank you once again for much appreciated help.

Have a nice day :)

No need to apologize :)

You should have no problems with the overclock being stable with that board and cooler. Obviously it depends on the silicon lottery as to what overclock you can get. Also temps should be fine. Even the stock wraith cooler can handle a good overclock so a 280mm AIO will easily cope.

Hello.

I am planing to build pc soon enough with following components.

Please feel free to throw any ideas about improving.

Case: NZXT S340 Elite white

PSU: Corsair RM750x

GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS GTX 1080 8G

Mobo: GIGABYTE AORUS AX370-Gaming 5

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700

RAM: 2x G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Trident Z RGB (4x8)

CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken x62

SSD: Crucial MX300 525GB

Additional case fans:

Rear: Corsair ML120 PRO white

Top: Corsair ML140 PRO white

those 2 fans blowing air out

With kraken x62 rad mounted in front sucking air in.

I have been reading about stable overclock to 3.9GHz on ryzen 1700 with this exact cooler.

Would this setup work fine for steaming and 144Hz gaming at 1440p?

Thank you in advance lads.

No need for 32GB RAM, 16GB is more than enough. There is no point paying almost $200 for an AIO CLC. You can get a Kraken X61 which will perform almost identically for like $70 less than the X62.  I'd get a cheaper 1080 and a cheaper mobo, something around $150 is fine.

Better Monitor (G-Sync) to go with the Nvidia GPU

Swapped out the board for a B350 chipset and a solid air cooler. This gives you extra money to spend on the gpu. Also no need for a 750W psu so swapped it for the 550W version.

You also don't need 32GB Ram for gaming/streaming.
