Usb 3.0 Broken HELP!!

I Broke The IntA_P1_SSRX- On My B250M Gaming Pro motherboard i Tested Both Usb 3.0 Ports On My Masterbox 5 Case And It Charges And Transfers Data I Was Wondering If Im At Any Risk Of Shorting Anything Ect??? Thanks

do u mean its possible to short anything? if so if i left the 3.0 conneter in would it be possible to short the motherboard?
