Recommendations for mid range headsets?

I have 120€ laying around and my camera's microphone died recently,so I decided it's time to upgrade.I want a headset that has good sound and microphone quality and is light and comfortable so I can use it with my phone when I go outdoors, and therefore they need to have a 3.5mm connection as well.I was looking at the Sennheiser GSP-300(80 euros)but realised that the sound and microphone quality is based on how good your sound capacitors on the motherboard are but I have a 650€ laptop from 2013 so I bet they suck.Razer Man'o War is another option with the overwatch edition costing just 3€ more than the normal wired version(105€) but I saw everyone saying how plasticy and flimsy they feel and that the microphone sucks.Last but not least we have the Steelseries Arctis 5,with a lot of features but NOT a whole lot of actual performance and comfort for 115€.I havent looked at anything else that could please my needs so if you dont mind reccomend me either one of these 3 headsets or another one that is priced around 100€.Thanks in advance ;)

Don't go Razer. Period.

Most motherboards, even on laptops, nowadays have adequate audio chips so you don't really have to worry much if you have a budget in mind.

I'd recommend the Audio-Technica ATH-M50X, since right now you could get one cheap for £125. I don't think a lot of headphones comes close to these in this price range.

These used to retail for about £300. The cable is removable, so you can actually buy replacements and ones with a mic.

Finished Crysis without a discrete GPU,15 FPS average, and a lot of heart

How I plan my builds -

Spoiler

For me I start with the "There's no way I'm not gonna spend $1,000 on a system."

Followed by the "Wow I need to buy the OS for a $100!?"

Then "Let's start with the 'best budget GPU' and 'best budget CPU' that actually fits what I think is my budget."

Realizing my budget is a lot less, I work my way to "I think these new games will run on a cheap ass CPU."

Then end with "The new parts launching next year is probably gonna be better and faster for the same price so I'll just buy next year."

With that price, I would say Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro would be a better option.

I haven't tested those yet, since Beyerdynamic isn't really widely available from where I am. But with that said, I do own an MMX-102 IE from them, great sound.

Don't know the sound signature of these so I can't say how they compare to the M50X, the DT 770 could still be better but since I don't have either, I couldn't really say.

@YoloSwag

The reason why I have suggested Beyerdynamic COP is because it has number of features that are ahead of M50X.

Both COP and M50X has detachable cable, but the way that COP implemented it makes it much more compatible with wider selection of cables. One of which is V-Moda Boom Pro, which I think is a much cleaner and simpler solution than having to put on ModMic on any headphone. Beyerdynamic even has a headset conversion kit called Beyerdynamic Custom Gear which basically is a Boom Pro dedicated for COP. Though, this one might be hard to find as it is discontinued for some time.

On top of that, being compatible with wider selection of cables allows COP to use cables with in-line remote and mic, which is useful if one decides to use this for outdoor as well. In fact, COP used to be part of my go-to outdoor audio setup after pairing it up with a MonsterCable from Beats series that I bought it off of ebay.

COP also has adjustable bass response slider. It will allow OP to be able to adjust bass as he chooses. I do not think he knows exactly what he wants in terms of sound signature, so it would allow him to play around with it to figure out what he likes.

Nice, I will try it out myself if I find it locally.
