Computer wont start up

So i posted on here before with my issue of my computer not starting and was told my ram my be defective so i got a new stick. its got an i5-7600 a gtx 960  600w Thermaltake pau and vengeance lpx 2400mhz 8 gb ram 1 stick. the mother board is B150 PC mate and it wont start. the Cpu ez debug light turns on for a split second then the dram light turns on for about 3 seconds fans seem to spin at super slow speed and nothing shows up on my monitor im certain everything is plugged in. The one thing i think might be effecting it is that the hard drive im using still has all my old amd-cpud mobo data on it. i can provide anymore info needed. (sorry for bad formatting im on my phone and i dont have a computer rn.)

b150 might need a bios update to work with 7th gen CPUs have you upgraded the bios with a 6th gen chip?

i never had a 6th gen cpu to update it with so no

that's most likely what the issue is.....some repair shops will update the bios for cheap for you, or see if a friend has a 6th gen

I'd give their store a call before you head in, and explain that you can't update the BIOS since you don't have a 6th gen cpu, and ask if they can (and how much)
