Looking for a audio interface

I am looking for an audio interface that is capable of having 8-16 speakers plugged into it and working at the same time, I have about 100 dollars to spend on this said device.

Before ridiculing your idea further, I'll ask what you're actually trying to do?

I'm sure that you can find a 7.1 audio card for that much but that really depends on your use case. When you say "audio interface" the first thing I think of is a device like these:  http://motu.com/products Intended for studio use. 
If you're in need of proper audio i/o, I would be scouring craigslist / ebay for some used stuff.
