RAGEPluginHook doesnt do anything

Hi Guys, 

 

I downloaded every file for RAGEPluginHook and installed everything correctly. 

But if I start the .exe file NOTHING happens. Neither the game or the PluginHook starts.

If I start the .exe outside the GTA5 folder everything starts.

If I start the .exe as an administrater most of the times nothing happens but sometimes a window opens that you shouldn`t open the .exe usually not in administrator mode.

Anti virus programs are disabled and so on.. What can I do?
