Don't know about a program that specifically calculates that but theres always a simple thing called a calculator. If a gtx 1080 does 550 sol/s and consumes 150w you simply divide the sol/s to the watts: 550/150=3.66 sol/w

For the record, that isn't a stand alone program. That's built into the miner. You could technically create your own using the JSON/API information a miner kicks out. Assuming API is one of that miner's features.
