BitFenix Prodigy M Space.Configuration Help

So Im tempted to move down from a large ATX case (H440) to an M Atx case, I already have M atx motherboard however even with all the info online im struggling to wrap my head around the space and configuration inside the case. Firstly I would like a water cooler preferably an NZXT kraken x51/52 (however I have a feeling the tubing is too long so if anyone has an RGB software controlled watercooler lmk). Is there anywhere one can be mounted. Secondly GPU clearance, I have the asus 1070 strix OC, would this fit? Thirdly, I see the case takes a full atx psu but can sfx psus be used to save space? And also the drive mounting bracket looks like it can be removed but can it as Id want to get a window side pannel and if removed is there anywhere to install 2.5 SSDs or is m.2 needed?

Edit: water cooler doesnt have to RGB as long as it looked nice
