define nuclear voltage 

 

it can take up to 1.35v safely

Yeah, Broadwell-E is shit for overclocking. Haswell-E would have been a better choice, but what's been done is done. However, at 4.2GHz, you're not far behind the single core performance of a stock 7700K, so there is that.
