Well Idk, sometimes is just bad luck :( Hopefully you'll have better luck in your next RAM purchase!

Which RAM did you had before (and which one do you have at the moment)?

Also system specs?

If it has multiple sticks of RAM (like 2x4GB or 4x4GB... etc) try using only one RAM Stick. If the problem presists, try using the same stick in a different slot and/or try using a different stick of memory. If you're still facing this issue, please post here.

So I took one ram stick out and it launched! However do I put the other ram back or no?

Since you're swapping out memory atm, I would just take the stick of memory that you used atm and try to use the other stick of memory in the SAME slot you used. Post the results

Problem solved. Most likely you have a faulty stick of memory. I would RMA it :P

I already RMA though so is it my mobo?

nonono... Since one stick of memory out of two works in the same slot, it's your RAM that is faulty.

The motherboard slot has no problem what so ever. It's the RAM that's faulty.

Yeah should I put the ram in another slot to test if it's my mobo?

You could, but I'm 95% sure it's your RAM.

So I ordered some new ram but I'm scared that when I get it it'll be faulty again.

Hopefully, the RAM you ordered isn't faulty!
