GPU usage problem

So for whatever reason my GPU has had its usage changing around recently based on my afterburner monitor. I haven't really changed anything prior to this occurrence, does anyone have an idea why? Thanks for any response! Heres a screenshot: http://imgur.com/gallery/OqM6O my GPU is a twin frozr 7950 OC'd to 1100 core clock and 1575 memory clock

You mean when it dips below 100%? That means the GPU isn't being demanded fully by the game you're playing or the CPU is bottlenecking it. Only the latter is the problem, if its the first thing then that's pretty good
