I had a sudden urge to play some older game titles I had laying around. Because these titles only work for Windows Me and lower systems (I've tried with XP machines way back with no luck), I've decided to install Windows Me on a virtual machine with the install disk I have. However, every time I try to launch the virtual machine, my system almost immediately blue screens with a system service exception. I'm currently using VirtualBox with pre-sets for Windows Me. I've tried both ICH9 and PIIX3 chipset settings with no luck.

I've looked into my BIOS and only found settings for SVM which is enabled. I presume virtualization is enabled because it's listed as such in task manager. Can't verify in the BIOS because I can't find it listed even in CPU features.
