Which gpu?

My friend has a new build and was planning on a new 1050ti for 150. Just found a 970 on Craigslist for 150. Should we go for that? How much better is it? Will it work for streaming pubg? Also it's a founders edition so idk if the blower is bad

Edit: just checked performance benchmarks, both seem quite close in performance, i would personally go with 1050 ti cause it has full 4gb Vram, not like 970 3.5gb ram issue. Also, you might need a beefy psu for 970 while 1050 ti quite power efficient as each new generation cards have been,

It seems like the 970 is around 30 percent better
