budget? and does it need to be extra sturdy for some reason or just not terrible?  I don't understand exactly what you mean by "fans blow away from case" or why you would want that, but a bottom intake can cause dust problems if it isn't filtered, a front intake is usually better.

I had this case for several years and it is pretty decent for the price, Its got noise dampening which would be good in your case as well! And its really sturdy being made of steel. (Oh and it has a built in manual fan controller which is always a bonus)
