Problem with PUBG

Dwwop

Hi guys

So 3 months ago I've build this gaming computer for my friend:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GKgXcc

The PSU was 50€ and case 25€, but that doesn't matter.

The computer runs all games smoothly at 60fps on high-ultra at 1080p, except PUBG. He is running at game at low setting around 25-30fps. And I was wondering what can cause the problem. I was wandering, if the game has bad optimization for Ryzen or what's is the problem. The PC and the game itself runs on latest updates.

Thanks for your answers.

Sorry for my english

Maybe it needs more than 3gb of Vram, which would cause a bottleneck as it transferred data from the normal ram in order to render each frame. Look at a graph of Vram usage with something like MSI Afterburner to see if it's being maxed.

Maybe that can cause some trouble, but my other friend runs it on 2gb of vram smoothly. I don't think the problem is graphics card.

It's just that PUBG has no optimization, and runs like shit on some systems and fine on others.

On my 980ti with every thing maxed out completely I (Not complaining) run at around 34fps average with a few dips here and there to quite a bit lower, I honestly wouldn't mind but the game doesn't look that great in my opinion, and considering the buildings in the towns aren't that big and the towns are quite small I don't know if its optimization or I am expecting to much.

I once did the unthinkable, back many headphones ago...

I split an audio split, again

i would say its a vram or cpu issue as when i had a 1060 6gb at 1440p i was hitting over 60fps most of the time on low settings
