Wont affect performance, just may not work at all.

@rn8686 Also, Going  back to overclocking, I think i overclocked the core clocked the wrong way before, i overclocked it where there were presets where i just had to click on what one i wanted. It would  come up with the options like this

4.0 Turbo clock speed

4.2 Turbo clock speed

4.4 Turbo clock speed And so on.

But i realised there was another way to do it where i select all the cores and type in a number ( like 46 for 4.6 ghz )

What one would you reccomend i do

Presets would be easy as it would turn up the voltage with it, but would be better if you can spend time to fine tune yourself to get the best clocks at lowest voltage.

I have one small problem, i enabled fast boot and now i can not get into bios

Reset CMOS, there should be a button somewhere on the board (Or remove the battery).

My manual doesent specify where the pins are located

It should say on the board, I think its next to or around the XMP switch (At least from reading a review).

Move the cover from pins 1-2, to 2-3 and then after about 10 secs move back.

You could remove the battery, that would also work.

When i did this my nail accidently scratched the mother board, it kind of  cut across some lines, is that bad ?

Possibly, if it damaged the traces that could kill it (See if it boots, may not have damaged it much).

So, Get the prefered oc and set it at 1.4 v and slowly work my way down till it crashes

Yes, lowest voltage is best (less heat, power consumption and longer lifespan).
