mouse lag windows 10 ?

hey guys

the problem im having is mouse lag when i watch videos ! ive noticed it in tombola when the balls are being called out to.

it happens when there is animations ect! the thing is i don't get when im in games! games run smooth as a die ! allso i dont know if u get what i mean !

but on some sites with videos u can hold the mouse over them and it will play a bit of the video ! what happens when i do that is i get a line of lag and it skips!

 

its very frustrating hope u guys can help!

 

i have the latest drivers from nvidia

Online or local video? Sounds bit like flash memory leak issue.

both  i can feel it happen when i play a movie on my desktop! and like i said in bingo when the balls are being called out!

Did you check the CPU usage of those process when you have the issue? i remember something similar heppening to me a while ago on my old pc and those process were at 100% thus slowing the explorer process and the pc overall...maybe is that

Even thou it doesn't seems to me that you are running demanding software. Did you change something lately? if yes try to restart from a restoration point before that (if u can remember).
