Dolphin Operating System??

I use an emulator called Dolphin to play old Wii games. I was wondering how hard it would be to make an OS out of it. (Its not that easy i know but i want to know if its possible)

??? to do what exactly ? for a dedicated wii emulation PC ? you can get a used wii for under 100 bucks. a pc that is beefy enough to do good full speed emulation will probably cost more.

if you realy want a dedicated wiimulator PC you can also set up a PC so that it boots the operating system and starts dolphin without even loading a full desktop
