I'm almost 99.99% sure you cannot and even if you could, you would lose 4TB of space (2TB from each Intel drive)

how about just the 3 of Samsung - 960 Pro 2TB M.2-2280   ?

So long as the motherboard supports RAID, it should be possible.

Although I think you need that stupid RAID key or something? I could be wrong on that part.

I'd swap out the cpu cooler and PSU

CPU cooler is more of a personal dislike of thermaltake products and their generally shoddy nature.

The PSU, 1200 watts is still more than enough and could even be dropped down to 1000 watts if you wanted

then if i put 2 of 2tb pcie ssds then whal will happen ?

Two of the SSDs instead of 3?

Depends on the RAID configuration you're looking at.

With just two you can either do RAID 0 or RAID 1.

RAID 0 will give you 2x the theoretical performance but nothing noticeable

RAID 1 will give redundancy but less theoretical speed but won't appear any slower than two in RAID 0.

I don't think it will work and might end up causing more problems than it's worth.

Having them all on the same controller like doing the M.2 drives is pretty easy but across two controllers/interfaces I'm not really sure :(
