Task Manager miss reporting CPU Frequency

It's just task manager being task manager. I've seen some ridiculous CPU frequencies.

If your base clock is different from 100MHz, it does do funky stuff

Nvm base clock is at 100

Simply a windows tool don't expect too much :D

No that’s not it because the frequency in the other apps fluctuates up and down slightly but in task manager it is always 4.17 and never changes
