Hello

I am building a pc for 3D design, graphic design, animation, rendering, content creation and gaming.

I plan to have a ssd for boot drive, a hdd for storage and for each program (3D, graphic design, etc,) have a dedicated ssd for that program. Keep the raw files on the ssd with the program and after finish with the file, save it to the hdd for storage.

Is this good?

It is fine but it can be costly with all those SSD's for each program. You can just install it all on one drive and then move it over to the HDD when you finished. You save money and you most likely won't gain or lose performance.

Ok so get maybe one or two ssd's and put the programs on and the files and than save the finished files to the hdd?

Yh. I think even if you get 1 1tb ssd and then a bigger hdd it should be fine. but if your files are big then maybe a 2tb ssd

I don't see the point to having one SSD per program. The load on the drive is going to be when launching the program, and then it will just be ornamental. I think you can put all of your programs and your working files on one SSD, unless you for some reason need to be able to launch all of your programs simultaneously, or the programs  you're using are incredibly massive.
