will my pc fry?

so i decided to build my own custom pc, and since its my first build im not very experienced,

 

but here where i live the electricity goes out couple of times on average each year.

and i heard that electricity going off could actually fry a pc if you dont have a good psu that protects from that,

 

so i wanna know if my pc will fry like a potato(bad joke ik) if the electricity goes off,

It's a good PSU and, if working perfectly, would shut off on its own accord but you'd benefit from having a surge protector.
