Ive gotten my case down but I would like to upgrade my CPU and I dont want to go over $700 canadian, But what I could do with that money is get better cooling (custom loop) and get a P400TG white edition since Im going to go for a white and green build but I really dont know what I should go for, and I could get a better PSU and not have to upgrade it for years and get sleeves with it, get a new GPU with the P400tg, Get a new CPU+mobo+ram with the P400TG, Or get new storage devices with the P400TG, I dont want to do a total rebuild all at once but what should I get for my next upgrade?

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Get a 1700 + decent b350/x370 mobo

Get an evga G2 or Corsair RMX psu

Get a vega 56 (and OC it silly)

What is your budget?  Your post is a run on sentence that is hard to understand

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Don't get a custom loop then, it alone would be 500+ and won't give you a performance boost when paired with your current hardware.

Get a:

1700 + ddr4 memory + mobo + EVGA G2/G3 or a RMX psu

Or

Second hand 4790k + mobo combo, re-use your RAM + RX Vega 56 + EVGA G2/G3 or a RMX psu

Ok I'll do that later then and I dont get why the 1700 is almost an extra $100 for the 2 cores
