I tried to reset my phone and Im really annoyed since Ive done everything apple said to do with the error codes Ive gotten and still no avail and I need to have my phone running and its very frustrating since Apple cant fricking fix their stuff and I cant call the custimer service since its going to be longer than 30 minutes so how do I fix it because I really need my phone 

 

also I have tried it more than 20 times all ready with holding down the power button

Holding down the power and home buttons for 10 seconds(or until you see the apple logo on the screen) can take you into recovery mode and there's a way to reset your phone like that.

 

I haven't personally done this, one of my friends needed help and that's what I found online.

If entering DFU mode (the plug into iTunes to install iOS) screen then there is nothing else you can do. The logic board must be shot. 

 

Have you entered DFU mode?

Is that pressing the home button and power button? And if it's the logic board frisking Apple needs to step up the quality that's two iPhone 5cs Ive been through in less than a year

My brother used it for a while can't remember for how long and Ive been using it for a while now and it didn't do much for almost a year

 

Its gone into DFU mode and it's doing its thing

 

Fucking Apple its gone to a point that it has been before with restoring and now I get the "The IPhone 'Iphone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (14)" this has happened to me wayyy too many times tonight and it wants to restore and update at the same time

The cable works with my ipad but its doesnt work with my phone its really stupid
