he is on a really tight budget and can not go over £500 and i couldn't get that for him so what can i do? I need peoples help

Its a 1080p budget build, he doesnt really care about big triple As like GTA or Witcher so would it be best going for Ryzen 3 instead of 5?

Any help would be great and the lower the better

Just now, Thinkfreely said:

I am doing a review of Ryzen 3 right now, but it seems to be pretty solid so far. However where is the Harddrive? Or does he have one and Os?

he already has a system, was pre-built so hardrive, OS, peripherals, and monitor are not needed

So far with my benches and overclocking I have gotten the Ryzen 3 to 3.9 ghz without breaking the 1.35 voltage barrier AMD suggests (Even though with water cooling I would be comfortable with 1.45 but I wouldn't water cool anything under a i5/r5 chip but I digress) and have been getting 100 FPS + in titles at 1080p so he should be golden. I would expect 50-60 average FPS for that 1050 ti, which is a great budget card.

I would rather agree on what we share, than fight on what we don't. - Myself
