Best buy?

Hello! I am making an ITX build and I need help with picking a graphics card. I want a gaming build but doesn't have to max out games, but play 1440p on higher settings just fine.

 

My first pick would be a GTX 1060 (6gb). It doesn't have blower-style cooling, but will fit my needs and will look great. (STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING)

 

Another graphics card is a 1070 that has blower-style cooling, but is $100 more. While it looks great, and will fit with my cubic theme, may not be the best choice. (TURBO-GTX1070-8G)

What are the full specs of the system? And a 1070 will be better for 1440p, the 1060 is more of a 1080p card.

Wait till Vega it looks and sounds really promising but WAIT till the legitimate benchmarks come out
