Looking for a streaming computer

I am looking for computer to use for livestreaming.

I am using a Blackmagic Design Web Presenter to take in 1080i video. I am using Xsplit Broadcaster to stream to Youtube live and Facebook live simultaneous.

 

The rig needs to be abel to run XSplit perfect and stream to 2 platforms and run Blackmagiv ATEM software.

 

Need tips to a prebuilt pc or components.

NCIX can build it for you for 50$, you should wait for threadripper and VEGA before going out and buying the build too. Need monitors or anything?
