hi, so i live in europe and we do not have ground in the wall upstairs, now i realised slowly over time my pc is making more and more of a buzz through my mic/sound due to static electricity building up, i just switched out the power supply , reseated mobo , tried grounding it to anything, plugging directly in the wall ect .    the only solution i found is by having a fan made of stainless steel connected in the same power splitter/cord as the pc and then connect a cable from the fan to the radiator,  is that method dangerous to ground? ( it does solve the issue and we dont have ground in the wallplugs )   , never  had the issue before but it slowly happened overtime and became unbearable now

what i can also do is use the screw on the bottom of the case to connect it to the radiator, but i still dunno if those methods are dangerous ( connecting it to the radiator ofc ),   i do have an old CABLE TV plug in the wall i could use instead to ground through tho

any cable for your pc case to a appliance that is grounded will do the job, i am writing this in a pc that has a cable going out of the window to the ground outside, and it works just fine (before i would get shocked if i touched the case)

i get shocked if i touch the case and then the cable to the radiator, is it still safe to keep it like that? ( not that i will get shocked touching the case then )

the better idea would be connecting your cable using one of the screws in your case, and make sure its bare metal,

when you say radiator you mean one to cool/heat your room right? (not one in your pc)

yeah my house radiator xD ( testing with the fan in the same power plug atm :v ) it works good but i think about connecting it to my pc, cant it cause any long term dmg using that method or like zap me when working on the pc?

naa, i lived for a long time in a place with plenty of static, the most i got was small zaps, and sometimes my old crt would change colors, but it worked fine, in my case it was easy because i was on the ground floor so earth was near :-)

btw the fan has the ground connector in the socket right? (most i have seen dont )
