Why not go for an aircooler?

I'm not sure? water seems more reliable, and I might wanna overclock in the future. Water cooling makes it cooler, I don't want the i7 to get to hot.

A good aircooler is actually pretty much on par with most double RAD AIO's.

Noctua D14/15
Cryorig H1
Dark Rock Pro 3

These will not fail you in cooling performance in any way :)
