Quadro FX 1800

I might pick up a Quadro FX 1800 for roughly $70 and its going to go in my system along side with a GTX 760. I do a lot of video editing/rendering on my computer. #1 Will I see a performance increase in video editing/rendering? And #2 Can I make Sony Vegas Pro 12/ Adobe After Effects CS6 use only the FX 1800 while I play a game? I can add more RAM that isn't an issue, and I know how to set what cores I want to use for each program I just want to know if I can use only the FX 1800 for rendering while playing games. It's not a big deal.
