I switched to Ryzen, bought new mobo and processor. Installed Win10 and doing cool aside from the slightly longer boot time.

But my time is always incorrect. I have tried every solution I could find on google but everytime I turn my PC on, the time is different again. :( Anyone who can help me please?

Backup all your files, re-install inactivated windows, then use your key after it has fully installed, or use any of those activation programs.

My windows is activated. I actually installed it twice still having same issue.

Yes it is. When I sleep I turn my PC off and when I turn it back on, it's still the correct time zone but different time.

Sounds like a dead motherboard battery:

So every time you turn off the power at the socket, your BIOS resets and you not only lose your time, but also all the settings you set in the BIOS. Your ram probably doesn't run at the proper speed either. New battery and/or stop shutting off power at the socket.

It seems random because sometimes it's way off and sometimes it's just 1-2 hours off.

BIOS settings remain the same though. :'( I thought it was that too. But there are no changes in the bios aside from the time.

Odd. Is it the time on the bios that screws up, or only windows?

It seems the time on bios.. So technically it's not Windows fault? And it isnt the battery right? Because the other settings remain the same aside from the time.
