Have you checked what applications are using that CPU power and RAM?

You can check it in task manager under "Processes"

If you can find that out, then you'll want to delete the applications by going to the control panel, click on uninstall a program, and delete the relevant program.

no that happend when i was just browsing and i finished downlaoding a game
