Recommend a USB Hub

I need to buy a USB hub to reduce clutter at the back of my pc.
I'm looking at a cheap hub from a local store.
The product description on their website shows::

So does this mean that i can use 4 devices such as a gaming keyboard with baclight, a gaming mouse ( logitech g502), audio output for my HyperX cloud II all at once?????

Edit: i can live without connecting the headset with the hub.
