Bedroom Upgrade

So my TV after 10 years of service has died and im looking for an upgrade, from 720p to 4k and i have narrowed it down to 3 TVs and need some help on which one is the better one or even the best for the price.

The maximum price i am willing to pay for a 4k TV is £650 and i CAN NOT go any higher than that and screen size can't be any more than 50" since we don't have the space for anything bigger 

 

If you have a better TV or can recommend one that isn't listed please do as i need all the help i can get
