5th Port Not Working? 6 Monitor Set-Up NVIDIA Problem Zotac 1080 TI AMP + Int. Graphics

Basically I am currently running a GTX 1080 TI AMP Extreme Edtion with 3 x DisplayPort 1.4, 1 x HDMI 2.0b, and 1 x DL-DVI-D . The motherboard (Asus Z170 Premium) has Integrated graphics with a DP as an output. Everything works just fine with the computer, but for some reason the 1080 TI will not display the 5th monitor at all and will only work with the 4th one leaving me stuck with just 5 monitors. The 1080 TI will only output to 4 displays at one time. Interchanging the cables and monitors doesn't change it. It will only allow 4 outputs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Reviews for this model card call this fact out.  You might be able to use a multiplexer/hub.  It's similar to the limitations on previous models.  Here's a massive thread on it if you're interested:
