Good Simple Backup Program

I currently have 2 1TB HDDs in raid 0 and then a 2TB HDD for storage, and was looking for a simple program that would automatically backup/sync the folders I pick from the raid 0 drives to the storage drive.

What are the best programs for this? I really just want something that would update the copied backup folders as soon as something in the original is changed, I don't need anything fancier than that.

SyncBack Free is something that I use for folder syncing, it takes a little while to setup all your sync rules. I have not had issues with it running on windows 7 x64 home premium.
