Bluetooth - 3.5mm Jack

Hi all, I just bought some really cheap speakers from Amazon for my PC, but wanted them to work wirelessly with my phone as well. I was looking at 3.5mm receivers, but they all need charging. I was wondering if there are any (cheap) that I could get that don't need power or that I will be able to leave the charger in (I had a small aux speaker and left the cable in and within 2 days it wasn't working). Thanks in advance.

There won't be any BT devices that don't need power.

But USB bluetooth receivers just use the power from the USB, is there no equivalent for 3.5mm jack?

Not really, because a) those are transmitters usually and b) USB provides a lot more power than a 3.5mm
