Hi, I need some  encryption software that will work with out it installed. For example, I currently use true crypt prior Linus's recommendation, yet i need to use the device at college where i cant use true crypt. I would like a piece of software that would work without it being installed on the PC because we can't install anything.

Install it.. encrypt something.. uninstall it..

repeat.

 

unless it needs to stay install for the file to stay encrypted... probably... other then that, i'd actually like some encryption software for my massive porn collection. so true crypt you say is good?

I need to be able to open the file on a computer which can not have the encryption software on it

I'm not sure how encryption software works as I've never used it, but could a flashdrive work? Install the program or whatever you'll be using on the flashdrive, then encrypt it, and use it on the drive without actually installing it on the computer.
