Modular or not?

I've looked into this since I don't know how good the cable management is inside a Kolink Luminosity case, and so I was wondering if I should choose a seasonic S12II 620W non modular PSU or a M12II 620W EVO modular PSU.

 

I don't mind the price difference (15 eur I think), it's just that I've never built a PC nor am I good at picking PSU (I looked at the specs and only the current was diferente, pretty much)
