Power for my mic

I need to have a power source for my mic because its too quiet for most to hear or is there something I can do in windows to boost my mic?

I try to use it on TS3 and CSGO nothing at all

I belive there are settings in game to change how loud you are. But you can also go to controlpanel and tweak it there. I'm writing this on a phone so i don't know exactly where to go but just click around and see what you can find. I know it's there.

I got it and I had to do the +30% boost

I woudn't reccomend that as it will pick up the slightest background sound and make it loud.But I assume you can buy something like this
