my rig-

i7 7700k

gigabyte aorus 1080

gigabyte aorus gaming 5

corsair vengeance 2x16gb

corsair h100 vi watercooled

samsung 850 evo 500gb

i'm getting an fps of 30 and lags when playing rise of the tomb raider at 4k at ultra setting. so is it a problem that can solved?
