here is where i found it for sale cant find anything on it but its specs are similar too the fx 9590 

 

Reviews will be difficult to find because AMD Opteron was never a widely used platform.

pretty sure Optrons are their server sides, like Intel's Xeons. They are rebranding from Optron to Epyc here in the near future.

Opteron IS AMDs equivalent to Xeon. In the old days they dominated everything but the past 10ish years have been garbage for them. No one wants them cause Intels Xeons smack them around like a balloon in every way aside from core count. Hopefully EPYC changes that.
